The silhouette borrows from ancient Mexican iconography and lands somewhere contemporary.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe rays are formed rather than cut. We shape them in \u003cem\u003emedia caña\u003c\/em\u003e — a half-round section drawn to a point, the same technique we use for our Sol earrings and scarf ring.
